The Educational Enterprise Foundation has existed since 1991.   We strive to increase educational opportunities for young Poles domestically and internationally.   Our programs are oriented toward increasing the accessibility of studies for young people from rural areas and small towns and providing Polish students with a level of education that will enable them to compete effectively in the international job market.   Other activities we back include supporting children and teenagers from elementary schools in small towns and cities throughout Poland through development activities that strengthen students' competencies; we involve student volunteers and teachers in these activities.   How do we support young people and the education sector?      we run scholarship programs for students, starting with scholarships for the first year of studies, as part of the Bridge Scholarships Program, which has been in operation since 2002    we run the Projector Program for children and young people from small towns and cities,    we organize internships and subsidize study at home and abroad,    we organize competitions contributing to the development of entrepreneurship,    we organize conferences dedicated to developing educational opportunities for young people.   FEP's activities also include sponsoring publications, promoting active teaching methods and other initiatives to improve the accessibility and quality of education for Polish youth.   Results of our activities  Since our programs’s inception, we have allocated more than PLN 156 million for the implementation of educational projects, including more than PLN 135 million to finance nearly 49,000 scholarships of various types. More than 68,000 people have benefited from our scholarship programs.   FoundersThe Educational Enterprise Foundation was established in May 1991 by the Polish-American Enterprise Fund and the State Treasury represented by the Minister – the Head of the Council of Ministers Office. In September 1997 the Polish-American Enterprise Fund and the State Treasury appointed the Foundation Council, the body supervising its operation.   CapitalIn the years 1995-2002 the Foundation was financed only by the American partner: in the years 1995-2000 by the Polish-American Enterprise Fund and since 2001 it has been financed by the Polish-American Freedom Foundation that was established. Since 2002, apart from the Polish-American Freedom Foundation, among the partners who finance operation of the Educational Enterprise Foundation there have also been prestigious Polish organizations and institutions participating in implementation of the Bridge Scholarships Program. The Polish-American Freedom Foundation, the L. Kronenberg Bank Foundation, Narodowy Bank Polski as well as the Narodowy Bank Polski Foundation have been the sponsors of prizes in the Entrepreneurship, Finance and Management Competition since its very beginnings. In the years 2004-2013 the Foundation conducted an academic scholarships program co-financed by non-state universities and colleges.   ActivitiesSince 1991 the Educational Enterprise Foundation has been supporting the higher education contributing to entrepreneurship development and creation of the intellectual capital.   Rozpoczynamy realizację projektu "Wzmocnienie działań misyjnych i potencjału instytucjonalnego Fundacji Edukacyjnej Przedsiębiorczości" finansowanego ze środków Rządowego Programu Rozwoju Organizacji Obywatelskich na lata 2018-2030.  Łączna wartość uzyskanego przez nas dofinansowania wynosi 430 000 zł.  Dzięki możliwości realizacji projektu, od 2022 roku prowadzimy różnorodne i kompleksowe działania służące rozwojowi naszej organizacji:   wzmacniamy obszar działań ewaluacyjnych w Fundacji;       Warsztaty z Magdą Tędziagolską, maj, Warszawa       Warsztaty z Magdą Tędziagolską, lipiec, Warszawa     przeprowadziliśmy profesjonalną diagnozę społeczną dotyczącą potencjału, motywacji, potrzeb i oczekiwań studentów/ek w zakresie zaangażowania społecznego;     Warsztaty z Fundacją Stocznia, lipiec, Warszawa     zrealizowaliśmy warsztaty Design Thinking;     Warsztaty Design Thinking z Kamilem Wrzosem, wrzesień, Lublin     we wrześniu 2023 odbyła się Letnia Akademia Liderów;     Osoby uczestniczące w Letniej Akademii Liderów, wrzesień, Lublin   wypracowujemy i wdrażamy nową strategię komunikacji marki Fundacji i naszych submarek – Programu PROJEKTOR i Programu Stypendiów Pomostowych, przygotowujemy, a w 2024 roku planujemy przeprowadzić kampanię wizerunkową, w roku 2024 zorganizujemy Festiwal Młodych Inicjatyw, pracujemy nad wzmacnianiem ścieżek fundraisingowych.    O kolejnych etapach realizacji projektu będziemy informować na stronie FEP-u oraz na naszych kanałach w mediach społecznościowych.
